Each plot comes with a demarcated layout plan and ready-to-build permissions — whether you are planning to build immediately or want the flexibility to invest.

 

Booking is simple: fill out our online enquiry/booking form or call our sales team to express interest. We require a token amount to reserve the plot. After that, follow the payment schedule (instalments or milestone-based) as per the plan shared at the time of booking. Once payment is complete, you receive an allotment letter and all necessary documentation.

Yes all plots at Highway Avenue are developed with full legal compliance. Gracelands ensures that every plot comes with a clear, marketable title and necessary approvals from local authorities. You will receive all required legal documents to guarantee smooth registration and future resale.
